These Terms of Service govern your use of booking pages operated on CoachPulse, a scheduling platform built and operated by HenzelDev ("we," "us"). By booking a session through a CoachPulse booking page, you agree to these terms.
CoachPulse lets you book training sessions with an independent coach or training organization. The coach or organization you book with (not HenzelDev) is responsible for the training itself, its scheduling, pricing, and any payment arrangements. You agree to provide accurate contact and player information when booking.
When you book a session, you choose how you'd like to hear from your coach: email, text message, or both. By providing a phone number and selecting text as a contact method, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booking — booking confirmations, reminders, and post-session recaps. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You can also change your contact preference the next time you book.
CoachPulse is provided "as is." We do our best to keep booking, scheduling, and notifications working reliably, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a CoachPulse booking page after changes means you accept the updated terms.
