This policy explains what information CoachPulse (operated by HenzelDev) collects when you book a session through a CoachPulse booking page, and how it's used.
When you book a session, we collect the parent/guardian name, email address, and (optionally) phone number you provide, along with the player's name and age and any notes you add. We also record which session you booked and your chosen contact preference (email, text, or both).
We use this information to manage your booking, and to send you booking confirmations, reminders, and post-session recaps via the contact method(s) you choose. Your coach also sees this information to manage their own sessions.
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number solely to send the transactional messages described above (confirmations, reminders, recaps) through our messaging provider. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform work — our email provider (to send confirmations, reminders, and recaps), our SMS provider (if you opt into text), and our database/hosting providers — and with the coach or organization you booked with.
You can change your contact preference (email/text/both) the next time you book, or reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. To request that your information be removed, contact us using the details below.
